I went out last night with the crew. We had a lot of fun and drank a little too much. The hottest guy ever was bar tending, he was really awesome. He made us some great drinks. I was trying to pick his brain on how he was making his cocktails.
I am working the bar tonight and it is getting a little easier for me. I am still questioning myself but I am trying to get over that. High end cocktailing is hard, I won't lie. If you have never bar tended then you have no idea what I am talking about.
I have a renewed respect for bar tenders now. It isn't easy. Cutting people off is no walk in the park either. However at times you have to. Your license is on the line. It is pretty serious business.
