There is a lot of drama at my workplace right now...well there always has been since I have been there. I don't really want to be part of it but it seems to catch me.
I was recently asked by the president about things I would change, how they value my strengths, etc. I see things that can be improved everyday yet I am shot down by my current boss. However, this job is a temporary one for me and I don't have an interest in staying full term.
I think I will give some recommendations but that is all I can do.
I really appreciate feeling valued and acknowledged...but this is not where I want to be long term. It is not an easy place to work at all.
