They have passed a law in Philadelphia making texting while walking iilegal, I think this would definitely apply to me as I dont drive and find myself texting or on my phone while walking. Hell I even experiance sidewalk rage while I am trying to weave around very slow people. I have always walked fast, I think it's because I am a little short and don't have long legs. Even my tall friends are always like, why are you walking so fast? Ha ha
