FLAKE

I recently caught up with an old friend...blah blah blah. Some things never change...he is as flakey as he always was. Making plans that he will NEVER set. I realize things come up but let someone know. I should have known though, he always did it in the past and I would forgive him. I have no time for FLAKES...enough said.
